Article Abstract
Acute dystonic reactions to neuroleptic drugs are common. The most easily recognised syndrome is the oculogyric crisis, but many other dystonic symptoms occur, including protrusion of the tongue, trismus, and torticollis. We report two cases of acute supraglottic dystonia after treatment with metoclopramide alone or with prochlorperazine.
